* Take through the process of design phase, planning, & city engineering approvals. 
* Personnel on-site and office progress supervision.
* Material purchasing, estimates and purchase order setup. 
* Apply residential construction office standards and building code requirements.
* Draft As-built plans, design concepts/alternatives for clients and later architect's approval. 
* Draft constructions floor plans, elevations, sections, details, specifications and finish schedules.
* Draft CAD and REVIT blocks for reference to be pulled from 2d/3d libraries.
* Generate office standards to improve personnel performance. 
* Draft signage plans, way-finding, programming, design and design development.
* Measure living areas, lots/parcels, residential interiors and exteriors.

 Generate architectural drawings quickly and efficiently as a drafter/designer consultant for the design and permit approval from my home/office. GOALS increase my Architectural knowledge, perform well, gain trust and develop a long-term relationship that promotes mutual growth and prosperity.
