* Detailing / Draw small to grand scale, using from type I to type V methods for Architects and Engineers.
* Draw and approved construction documents and master plans.
* Prepared detailed cost estimates for construction projects
* Monitored site construction activities for and construction projects.
* Monitored Solar CAD schedules and successfully completed over 15 client's 340 Solar Installation Permit Sets.
* Reviewed and approved construction plans for building permits.
* AutoCAD file conversions to Adobe Illustrator format files and In-Design setup files.
* Coordinate with drafters, designers and architects for the generation of design package.
* Drafting Vesting Tentative Tract and Parcel Map, Condo Conversion Plan, Final Map, and Grading Plans.
* Building Measurement (As-Built and living areas) for 210 structures residential and commercial.
* Coordinate with engineers and public works department for the generation of street improvement plans.
* Participated in the preparation and development of irrigation system drawings for the project.
* Created and modified topographical, hydrology and geological maps based on engineer's sketches.
* Developed schematic plans and detailed sections drawings from topographic plans.
* Maintained the CAD system drawing file and reporting functions well as design presentation sets.
* Mentoring drafters (5 student interns), running interviews for hiring, manage cad standards and libraries.
* On-site supervision of maintenance/service calls and subcontracted trades.
* Shop drawings for CNC fabrication, scenery fabrication, prop construction, custom theme interior/exteriors, display, exhibits, architectural elements, welding metal binding, forming and custom machining.
